1. Shipping Coverage
We provide Pan-India delivery service. We ship to almost all pin codes within India using reputed third-party logistics partners.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
3. Delivery Estimates
Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather conditions, public holidays, or transit delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send an email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and the link to the courier company's website. You can track your package in real-time.
6. Damages and Transit Issues
We take utmost care in packaging our soft toys and baby essentials. However, if your package arrives damaged:
Mandatory Requirement: You must record a full, continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) starting from the sealed package to the point where the damage is visible.
Reporting: Email the video and your Order ID to MERASHOWROOMG@GMAIL.COM within 24 hours of delivery.
Without a valid unboxing video, claims for transit damage will not be processed.
7. Incorrect Address or Undelivered Packages
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
