Refund and Cancellation Policy for Mera Showroom

At Mera Showroom, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our soft toys and baby products. To maintain the highest hygiene standards for your little ones, we follow a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. No Return and No Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer any returns or refunds on products once they have been purchased and delivered.
Due to the nature of baby products and soft toys, we cannot accept returns to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Reporting Issues (Damaged or Wrong Products)
While we do not offer returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive what you ordered in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the following protocol must be followed:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a full, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed courier package. The video must show the shipping label clearly and the entire process of opening the package and inspecting the product without any cuts or edits.
No Video, No Claim: We will not entertain any claims regarding missing items, damages, or wrong products without a valid unboxing video.
Submission: Please email the unboxing video along with your Order ID to MERASHOWROOMG@GMAIL.COM within 24 hours of delivery.
Once our team reviews the video and verifies the issue, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement of the damaged item.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.
Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled or diverted.
